This haven for sports and health works for our guests around the clock and free of charge. The fitness center can be visited both individually and by joining our yoga, stretching, or weight training classes. Thanks to the community manager who organizes all of this so that we always stay in shape! Sport is power!

There we "park" ourselves at convenient tables and work during the day, and in the evening, we gather the whole community and play table tennis or board games, laugh at stand-up comedy events, host parties, or conduct jazz-funk masterclasses. The space is very flexible and multifunctional, and it can also be rented for any of your business or entertainment events - just give us a shout!

The We&I lobby is a separate universe for discussing plans to conquer the world with like-minded people, chilling out to live music, playing addictive board games, and attending cool events. These are flexible, vibrant, and constantly pulsating areas that break down barriers, unite residents into a community, and immerse them in an atmosphere of belonging to something bigger and more exciting.

A new lobby bar from the legendary BAR 812. The best must work in tandem with the best! That's why the ROOM 812 bar has opened for you at the We&I Hotel. The cocktail menu consists of both well-known hits prepared with a passion and love for the craft, as well as original cocktails invented by the bartenders. But the most interesting thing is that the menu also includes so-called eco-cocktails made from fresh vegetables, berries, fruits, and herbs. The guys from “Krugloe kataem” food delivery are responsible for this in our hotel, and they happily provide guests with good vibes.
