What is VA Loyalty Club?
As our regular guest, you become the owner of a discount card with an individual code of a member of the loyalty program "VA Loyalty Club". The card entitles you to an additional discount when paying for your reservation, as well as various bonuses and privileges.
Card discount options
For regulars of Vertical, discounts are provided from 5% to 15%. The discount amount is determined by the number of arrivals and days spent at the hotel. The discount on the loyalty card is combined with a special price on the website.

How do I get a discount on a VA Loyalty Club card?
Call our booking department at +7 (812) 490-70-50 and tell us your participant code indicated on the card, get a discount on your booking.
Present your card at the reception at the Vertical Apart Hotel: we will recalculate the reservation taking into account your individual discount.
* You can become a member of the VA Loyalty Club only if you make direct bookings through the reception of the apartment hotel, by phone, email or through our website.
